The questions come after enrollment
Signing up is the part everyone focuses on. But in my experience, most real questions come later. A bill that doesn't look right. A prescription that suddenly needs approval. A new card that never showed up. A specialist's office that says they don't take your plan.
Those things don't wait for October. When they happen, you need someone who picks up the phone.
What year-round service looks like
Year-round service isn't complicated. It looks like this:
- You call, and you get me, or a call back from me
- We figure out what's going on with a bill, a claim or a coverage question
- If it needs a call to the insurance company, I help you make it
- When life changes, like a move, new coverage from work ending, or a new diagnosis, we look at whether your plan still fits
- Every fall, we review your coverage for the next year
I can't promise every problem has an easy answer. I can promise you won't be handling it alone.
Why being local matters
I'm based in Southern Indiana and work with a lot of people around Louisville and on the Indiana side of the river. Being local means I know the area the way my clients do: which hospitals people around here actually use, which doctors they drive to, and how a plan's network plays out for someone who lives in one state and gets care in the other.
Plan details are the same no matter who explains them. Knowing how they apply to your life here is where a local agent helps.
Face to face still counts
A lot of my work happens face to face. Sitting down together, with your pill bottles and your paperwork right there, catches things a rushed phone call can miss. When in-person doesn't work, a phone call does the job. What matters is that you're talking with the same person who knows your situation.

Agent for life
I've built my book of business over the years one client at a time. Keeping it means being there long after the paperwork is signed.
That's what I mean by agent for life. Independent guidance, and year-round service, for as long as you want it.
